KITCHEN STEWARD
As a Kitchen Steward, you play an essential role in maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in the kitchen. You ensure all utensils, dishes, and kitchen equipment are cleaned, sanitized, and ready for use supporting the culinary team in delivering excellent dining experiences.
Responsibilities:
Wash, clean, and sanitize all kitchen utensils, dishes, and equipment following hygiene standards.
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, storage, and back-of-house facilities.
Assist in waste management, including segregation and disposal according to safety procedures.
Support chefs by ensuring clean tools, plates, and equipment are always available.
Handle cleaning materials and chemicals safely and efficiently.
Check and maintain stock of cleaning supplies and stewarding tools.
Follow hygiene, safety, and operational standards at all times.
