GUEST EXPERIENCE (HOST)
As our Guest Experience Host, you are the face of our villa. You create a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel both cared for and respected. You know when to engage and when to give space anticipating needs without being intrusive.
Responsibilities:
Welcome guests upon arrival, assist with check-in/check-out process.
Ensure guests feel comfortable and well-oriented with villa facilities and services.
Proactively check on guests' stay experience and assist with any special requests.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to deliver seamless service.
Anticipate guest needs and personalize experiences whenever possible.
Handle guest feedback or issues with empathy and professionalism.
