DISPATCHER (DISTRIBUTION COORDINATOR)
As our Dispatcher (Distribution Coordinator), you will oversee the daily logistics that keep our operations running smoothly. You ensure that all supplies, goods, and materials are received, stored, and distributed efficiently across departments. You're organized, reliable, and understand how to move things and information accurately and on time.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily logistics and distribution of supplies to all villa departments.
Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and materials.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and inventory control in the warehouse or storage area.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment as needed.
Work closely with purchasing, housekeeping, kitchen, and engineering teams to fulfill requests.
Maintain delivery schedules and ensure accurate documentation for all transactions.
Ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and operational standards in the storage area.
