MEP Checking Staff
As an MEP Checking Staff, you are responsible for inspecting and monitoring the villa's mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure they operate efficiently and safely. You will conduct regular checks, identify potential issues early, and support the Engineering team in maintaining smooth and reliable operations for guest comfort.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine inspections and monitoring of MEP systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and RO).
Record and report daily readings, meter data, and equipment performance.
Identify any irregularities or faults and promptly escalate them to the supervisor.
Support preventive maintenance and basic repair tasks as needed.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness in all engineering and control areas.
Assist the team in ensuring all systems meet operational and safety standards.
Work in shifts and respond promptly to service calls when required.
