COMMIS
As a Commis, you'll be part of the kitchen team supporting daily food preparation and service. You're eager to learn, hands-on, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
Responsibilities:
Assist in basic food preparation under the supervision of senior chefs.
Ensure all ingredients are properly stored, labeled, and prepared according to recipes.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen areas.
Support the team during service by replenishing ingredients and assisting plating.
Follow safety and sanitation procedures at all times.
Help with receiving and storing deliveries.
