🚨 We’re Hiring: HR Executive

📍 Based in West Sumbawa, West Nusa Tenggara

Rinjani Bay Developments is looking for a proactive and experienced HR Executive to lead and support key HR functions at our site. This role covers everything from recruitment and onboarding to payroll, employee engagement, compliance, and general affairs.

What You’ll Do:

🔹Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding

🔹Be the go-to person for HR queries on site

🔹Lead employee engagement & training programs

🔹Manage payroll, leave, and attendance

🔹Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

🔹Handle office admin and general affair

🔹Prepare regular HR reports

What We’re Looking For:

🔹Min. 3 years HR experience, preferably in construction or hospitality

🔹Strong knowledge of payroll, labor law, and general HR processes

🔹Comfortable working independently in a remote area

🔹Good communication in English

🔹HRIS experience is a plus
