We’re now looking for a reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented Cashier to join our dynamic team in Uluwatu and help deliver smooth and efficient service to every guest.

🌟 What You’ll Be Doing:

Handle all cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently at the bar, restaurant, and reception.

Provide excellent customer service, ensuring all guests feel welcome and taken care of.

Issue receipts, refunds, and change properly while following company cash-handling procedures.

Maintain an accurate cash drawer and perform daily cash counts and reconciliations.

Support the bar and restaurant team during busy hours by helping with orders or basic service tasks.

Record transactions in the POS (Point-of-Sale) system and ensure proper itemization.

Ensure the cashier area is clean, organized, and always guest-ready.

Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor or accounting team promptly.

Uphold all company policies regarding cash handling, guest service, and hygiene.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

Experience as a cashier or in a similar customer service role (hospitality experience preferred).

Basic math and cash-handling skills.

Familiarity with POS systems (training provided if needed).

Friendly, honest, and guest-focused attitude.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure during busy periods.

Able to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Good communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia also a plus).
