Job Summary:

As a Waiter at Mad Monkey Gili Trawangan, you'll be at the heart of the guest experience—serving food and drinks with a smile, keeping the energy high, and helping create the social atmosphere that Mad Monkey is famous for. You’ll work closely with the bar, kitchen, and events team to deliver top-notch service from sunrise breakfasts to sunset parties.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests and take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently

Deliver orders promptly while maintaining high service standards

Provide menu recommendations and answer guest questions with confidence and friendliness

Keep tables, service areas, and the restaurant environment clean and organized

Process payments and maintain accurate order records using the POS system

Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow

Support daily restaurant setup, restocking, and closing tasks

Engage with guests, creating a fun, relaxed, and welcoming vibe

Assist during events, theme nights, or pool parties as part of the team

Follow health, hygiene, and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:

Prior experience in a similar role (hospitality, café, restaurant, or bar) preferred

Basic English communication skills; other languages are a plus

Friendly, outgoing, and confident personality

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

Strong attention to detail and customer service mindset

Team player with a positive, can-do attitude

Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
