Some of your duties will include:
· To assist Manager – Compliance Assurance to develop, improve & ensure implementation company's compliance assurance system and processes are implemented
· To ensure the Amman Compliance Register is always up to date
· Ensure implementation of compliance assurance system and processes by the Sub-department.
· Ensure the Owner Compliance Register is always up to date and provides a depiction of the current status with evidence.
· Supervise and develops weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual compliance assurance reporting.
· Implement early warning system and set up alert systems for non-compliances and reporting.
What skills and experience do you need?
o Have minimum 12 - 15 years of experience in compliance assurance role; at least 3 years of experience in managerial role as Lead/ Advisor/ Section Head/ Superintendent - Compliance Assurance.
o Mining background preferred; however, financial sector could also serve as a strong alternative.
o Experience in developing a compliance assurance system.
o Experience in developing procedures of compliance assurance systems.
o Good knowledge of latest international and national compliance standards.
o Have auditor certifications (e.g., Internal SMKP Minerba).
o Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate.
o Willing to be based at site with regular working days; Possibility to relocate family.
