What will you do?
To ensure optimal inventory control by managing, reviewing, and optimizing inventory processes, maintaining alignment with Amman methodologies, and supporting departmental and organizational objectives related to material availability, cost-efficiency, safety, and environmental standards.
Follow all quality procedures and promptly report any issues in accordance with the company’s Quality Management System.
Participate and contribute to safe practices and promote environmental awareness within the Supply Chain Management (SCM) Department.
Demonstrate personal commitment in regards to safety and environmental practices within the work place.
Adhere to PTAMNT SCM methodologies, policies, procedures and standards by consistently maintaining a high quality of work within the Inventory Control section.
Work with End User Departments to determine and anticipate their materials needs.
Ensure that SCM policies and procedures in relation to Inventory Control strategies are managed and enforced in a standardized manner.
Monitor and ensure warehouse inventory service levels are being reviewed and achieved.
Plan, organize and execute daily activities to optimal effect.
Perform inventory control functions by reviewing; optimizing, modifying and processing system generated recommended orders.
Monitor Inventory management Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and ensure optimal and economical stocking levels are maintained at all times.
Closely monitor Critical and Insurance spares through usage control reports to ensure replenishment is justified and processed in a timely manner.
Ensure all Catalogue Item Requests (CIR’s) for new additions or increases to inventory levels are thoroughly reviewed for completeness before establishing re-order settings.
Make use of new technologies, emerging inventory management techniques and advance inventory control functionality of Oniqua Inventory Optimizer software to improve and optimize inventory stocking levels.
Perform inventory reviews of inactive inventory to ensure obsolete and surplus materials are identified and disposed of in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Ensure inventory is correctly classified in accordance with standardized stock classifications and policies.
Ensure that inventory changes are documented in a manner that provides an audit trail of activities.
Process and review repairable item requests and process repair recommended orders.
Ensure inventory stock adjustments are input in a timely manner and evaluate the impact on stock replenishment by processing write-on / off’s.
Assist and other Inventory Controllers as required achieving SCAM performance objectives.
Participate as a member in project work and continuous improvement opportunities.

What we need?
Minimum of senior high school education or equivalent
4 years of work experience in either warehouse / inventory / supply chain management roles.
Be able to monitor and analyze inventory service levels.
Be able to plan and prioritize daily tasks to improve operational efficiency.
Be able to review and adjust system-generated inventory orders.
Be able to track and report on Inventory Management KPIs.
Be able to assess critical and insurance spares for timely replenishment.
Be able to review and validate Catalogue Item Requests for inventory setup.
Be able to utilize inventory optimization tools such as Oniqua effectively.
Honest and transparent in all communications and admits to mistakes or lack of knowledge
Having experience or knowledge in Power BI, SQL Query, or Excel
