Retail Management Officer
Responsible for implementing store expansion strategies, ensuring branding and visibility, meeting visit targets, and managing store information in line with head office guidelines. Additionally, fosters dealer relationships, addresses their needs, and resolves retail issues to maintain standard retail management practices.
Qualification
Minimum 4 years of experience in retail management, specializing in Electronics or FMCG.
Experienced in team management, achieving sales targets, and maintaining operational standards.
Skilled in dealer management and sales optimization.
Strong analytical ability to improve retail performance through data.
Goal-driven, efficient, and customer-oriented with strong market insight.
Location: Mataram
