Position: Field Force Management
Field Force Management (FFM) plays a pivotal role in leading day-to-day sales promoters and is responsible for overall sales achievements. FFM also conducts team development activities, including hiring, training, and ensuring the completion of sales processes and retail tasks.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and training within electronics, telecom, FMCG, or similar industries, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Able to work well in a team to achieve sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
Result-oriented, with a strong focus on meeting sales targets.
Good understanding of customers and market dynamics.
Location: Mataram
