🔧 Job Responsibilities:
✅ Monitor daily store sales & operations
✅ Ensure Xiaomi Expert KPIs & SOPs are followed
✅ Generate stock & sales reports with improvement analysis
✅ Provide product knowledge & sales skills training to store teams
✅ Conduct weekly and monthly KPI reviews
✅ Compile and publish integrated master data across departments
✅ Recruit Xiaomi Experts according to Xiaomi standards
✅ Collaborate with PIC Trainer to identify and execute training needs
✅ Maintain training equipment in good working condition
✅ Oversee training & development programs effectively
✅ Support regional teams during training
✅ Prepare reports as needed by the principal
✈️ Willing to travel for business trips and follow sales team directions
🎓 Qualifications:
📌 Min. 3 years of experience in sales or training (retail industry) — smartphone industry is a plus
📌 Fluent in English (spoken & written) — Mandarin is a bonus
📌 Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
📌 Strong communication skills, professional skepticism & business integrity
