🛠️ RESPONSIBILITIES:
⚙️ Oversee end-to-end production of Zentide's fertilizer and biostimulant products — ensuring efficiency & timely output
📦 Manage raw material inventory & coordinate with suppliers for on-time procurement
✅ Implement strict quality control to maintain consistency & product performance
📊 Prepare production reports — covering output, quality metrics & waste data
👥 Lead & motivate the production team to build a disciplined, results-driven culture
🧰 Maintain & troubleshoot equipment, especially ultrasonic machinery
🦺 Ensure safety protocol compliance & foster a proactive safety-first environment
🌍 Develop waste-minimization strategies & ensure eco-compliant management (aligned with AMDAL regulations)
🎓 REQUIREMENTS:
🎓 Bachelor's or Master's degree in:
Agricultural Industrial Engineering
Agricultural Engineering
Mechanical Engineering
Industrial Engineering
Or related fields
🧪 Min. 3 years experience in fertilizer/biostimulant production with a solid understanding of manufacturing workflows
🛠️ Strong technical expertise in machinery maintenance — especially ultrasonic equipment
🔍 Detail-oriented with a focus on product quality & safety
🧠 Proactive problem-solver with a hands-on approach
⚡ Adaptable, fast learner, passionate about sustainable agriculture
🚀 Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment
🗣️ Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia (English proficiency is a plus)
📍 Willing to be based in Mataram, Lombok
