We're Hiring: SALES OFFICER
📍 Lombok-based
Drive meaningful growth by connecting farmers with smarter, cleaner agri-solutions — and turn every conversation into long-term impact on the ground.
🛠️ RESPONSIBILITIES
🔍 Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing deals — for Zentide's biostimulant products
🤝 Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, distributors, and key stakeholders across Lombok
🧾 Prepare and present product information and proposals to potential clients
🗂️ Handle sales administration, including order processing, tracking, and accurate documentation
🔄 Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, etc.) to ensure smooth order fulfillment
🛡️ Address product issues and respond to complaints with timely, effective solutions
📊 Compile and submit detailed monthly sales reports
✅ REQUIREMENTS
🎓 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agriculture, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
💼 Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, corporate partnerships, or similar roles
🌾 Experience engaging with smallholder farmers, cooperatives, or agricultural companies
📍 Strong local knowledge and professional network in Lombok (required)
📈 Excellent numerical, administrative, and communication skills
🤹♀️ Able to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
🧠 Detail-oriented, adaptive, and passionate about sustainable agriculture
🗣️ Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus
🚗 Willingness to travel frequently across Lombok and surrounding areas
