🧮 Responsibilities
📊 Build and improve financial models for production planning, cost analysis, and revenue forecasting
🔍 Conduct scenario planning to support strategic decision-making and business growth
💡 Analyze operational and production data to identify cost optimization opportunities
📈 Support the evaluation of strategic initiatives, including investments, M&A, and efficiency improvements
💵 Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure financial health and resilience
🗂️ Develop clear, data-backed financial reports and presentations for internal use
🤝 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and translate business data into actionable insights
✅ Requirements
🎓 Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
💻 Proficiency in data analysis; experience with Python, R, or visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus
🧠 Strong analytical thinking and the ability to solve complex, quantitative problems with precision
📌 Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
🗣️ Clear communicator — able to translate data into insights for decision-making
🔄 Adaptable, curious, and always eager to learn
🇮🇩 Excellent written and verbal communication in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus
🌱 Passionate about sustainable agriculture and farmer empowerment in Indonesia
