About the Role:
Selong Selo Resort is looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Executive to drive our online visibility, direct bookings, and digital brand presence across all platforms. You’ll be responsible for managing digital marketing campaigns, optimizing e-commerce performance, and enhancing our online guest journey from discovery to booking.

Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing:
- Develop, execute, and monitor multi-channel digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta/Instagram, email, etc.).
- Manage content strategy and calendar across all digital platforms (website, social media, blogs).
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality visuals and storytelling aligned with brand guidelines.
- Run paid search and display ad campaigns (PPC/SEM) to increase visibility and conversions.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tools.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and recommend best practices.
E-Commerce & Website Management:
- Manage and update the resort’s website content, imagery, and promotions (using CMS platforms like WordPress or Wix).
- Collaborate with the reservations and revenue teams to optimize online rate strategies and packages.
- Monitor website traffic, conversion rates, and SEO performance.
- Ensure mobile-first and user-friendly booking experience.
- Liaise with OTAs and third-party platforms to maintain accurate property listings and maximize visibility.
Social Media & Community Management:
- Create and schedule engaging posts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.
- Respond to messages, reviews, and guest comments in a timely and brand-aligned voice.
- Organize influencer collaborations and user-generated content campaigns.
- Track and grow audience engagement and follower base.
CRM & Email Marketing:
- Maintain guest database and lead nurturing through segmented email campaigns.
- Develop and execute pre-arrival, in-stay, and post-stay communication strategies.
- Analyze open rates, click-throughs, and bookings driven by email marketing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, E-Commerce, or related field.
- 2–4 years of digital marketing experience, ideally in the hospitality or travel industry.
- Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO/SEM, and email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
- Experience with CMS tools (WordPress, Wix), booking engines, and OTA extranets.
