Job Title: Front Office Supervisor

Department: Front Office
Reports to: Villa Manager / Operation Manager


Job Summary:

The Front Office Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front office, ensuring exceptional guest service, and supporting and guiding the FO team to maintain high service standards. This position acts as a liaison between guests and management, handling guest concerns promptly and professionally.


Key Responsibilities:
 • Supervise daily front office operations including check-in, check-out, reservations, and guest requests.
 • Provide direct assistance to guests to ensure a positive stay experience.
 • Ensure that all customer service procedures and standards are followed by the front office team.
 • Mentor, coach, and guide FO staff to enhance performance and productivity.
 • Handle guest complaints or issues promptly, politely, and efficiently.
 • Coordinate with housekeeping, engineering, and other departments to fulfill guest needs.
 • Manage FO staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage based on operational needs.
 • Oversee inventory and reporting of front office supplies and operational needs.
 • Assist in petty cash handling and daily cashier reporting.
 • Report any incidents and communicate important updates to management.

Requirements:
 • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
 • Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
 • Professional appearance and strong work ethics.
 • Proficient in hotel property management systems (PMS) and other hotel technologies.
 • Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
 • Flexible with working hours and able to perform under pressure.
