Key contributions will also include training operations and maintenance teams, supporting commissioning activities, ensuring asset reliability, and preparing all condition monitoring systems for the operational phase.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain the Condition Monitoring program for the expanded process plant equipment during commissioning.
Perform baseline vibration, thermal, ultrasonic, and oil analyses on critical equipment.
Interpret condition monitoring data and provide actionable insights to the commissioning, maintenance, and operations teams.
Identify and report any equipment anomalies, recommend corrective actions, and track follow-up resolutions.
Support commissioning team by monitoring equipment during startup, no-load, and load commissioning stages.
Work closely with Mechanical, Electrical, and Process Engineering teams to integrate CM findings into commissioning reports and handover documentation.
Create condition monitoring procedures, schedules, and documentation aligned with OEM recommendations and international standards.
Assist in setting up Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) with condition monitoring data inputs.
Provide technical support and on-the-job training for site maintenance teams on condition monitoring techniques and tools.
Support root cause analysis (RCA) for any critical equipment failure during commissioning.
Ensure alignment with safety and environmental standards during all monitoring and testing activities.
