General Qualification
Experienced working in the same field (Hotel Industry) for minimum 3 years
Minimal educational background: D3-D4 (Preferred)
Good attitude, highly committed, and able to work as a team
Creative, innovative, and pleasant personality
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
Ensure all equipment and facilities are operating efficiently.
Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
Lead and supervise the engineering and maintenance team.
Assign tasks, schedule shifts, and evaluate team performance.
Provide training and development for technical staff.
Oversee renovation, construction, and upgrade projects.
Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other departments.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental policies.
Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve potential hazards.
Implement energy-saving and sustainability initiatives.
Develop and manage the engineering department’s budget.
Monitor expenses and find cost-effective solutions for maintenance and repairs.
Negotiate contracts with suppliers and service providers.
