About the role

Sikara Lombok Hotel is seeking an experienced and talented Cook to join our team in Central Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara. In this full-time position, you will play a key role in preparing delicious and high-quality meals for our guests, contributing to the overall culinary experience at our hotel.

What you'll be doing

Prepare a variety of local and international dishes according to the hotel's menu and recipes

Assist in menu planning and item development to enhance the dining experience

Ensure all food preparation is carried out in a safe and hygienic manner

Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment

Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver efficient and timely service

Adhere to portion control and food cost management principles

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cook in a hotel, restaurant or similar hospitality setting

Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and food safety regulations

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Good communication and teamwork skills

Passion for creating delicious, visually appealing dishes
