Unreal Management is seeking a Digital Marketing & Web Specialist to manage digital marketing and website development for our real estate and hospitality portfolio, including villas, hotels, co-working spaces, and lifestyle properties. This role focuses on supporting property sales, rentals, inquiries, and bookings through effective digital strategies and well-optimized websites.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing strategies for real estate listings, property rentals, and hotel bookings

• Manage and optimize social media platforms for property and brand promotion

• Create and run digital campaigns focused on lead generation, inquiries, and conversion

• Manage and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads for property-driven campaigns

• Track, analyze, and report on traffic, leads, and campaign performance

• Manage, update, and optimize company and property websites

• Create and maintain landing pages for property listings, promotions, and project launches

• Improve website UX/UI, speed, mobile responsiveness, and SEO

• Ensure website integrations support inquiry forms, booking systems, and CRM tools

• Coordinate with management, sales, and operations teams to align digital strategies with business objectives

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing and web development

• Experience in real estate, hospitality, property, or related industries is strongly preferred

• Strong understanding of lead generation funnels and conversion optimization

• Proficient in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads

• Skilled in WordPress, HTML, CSS, or JavaScript

• Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and website performance optimization

• Ability to work independently with strong time management and communication skills

• Good English skills, written and spoken

• Basic graphic design skills
