About the role
We are seeking a talented and creative Content & Media Specialist to join our team at Sikara Lombok Hotel, a leading hotel in Central Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing and executing engaging content and media campaigns to promote our hotel and its unique offerings to both local and international guests.
What you'll be doing
Developing and implementing a comprehensive content strategy to enhance the hotel's online presence and appeal across various digital channels
Creating a wide range of high-quality content, including blog posts, social media updates, videos, and marketing materials
Managing and updating the hotel's website, social media platforms, and other digital assets to ensure a consistent and compelling brand identity
Collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to support the promotion of hotel packages, events, and special offers
Monitoring and analysing website and social media analytics to continuously optimise content and campaigns
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and content creation
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry
Excellent written and visual storytelling skills, with the ability to create engaging and compelling content
Proficiency in using various content creation and management tools, such as Canva, Hootsuite, and Google Analytics
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices for effective marketing
Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Passion for the hospitality industry and a deep understanding of the local and international tourism market
