One exciting new chapter.The Roast House is getting ready for a new look, a new vibe and a renewed culinary direction.We're taking a little time off the grid for renovation from 1 November to 15 December 2026, reopening on 16 December with a fresh concept built around pitmaster soul, island state of mind.Now, we're looking for the right people to help bring it to life.
SENIOR CHEF / JUNIOR HEAD CHEFWe're looking for someone ready to take ownership of the kitchen, lead by example and help establish the standards, systems and team culture that will shape our next chapter.
SOUS CHEFWe're looking for a capable, hands-on chef who takes pride in their craft, supports the kitchen leadership and thrives on delivering consistent, quality food.
What matters to us
Ideally 3+ years of experience for the Senior Chef / Junior Head Chef, and 2–3+ years for the Sous Chef.
Experience in Western cuisine, roasting, grilled meats or à la carte service is an advantage.
Good kitchen discipline, teamwork and an understanding of food quality and cost control.
A willingness to take responsibility, learn and grow with the business.
Willingness to relocate to Gili Trawangan, Lombok, Indonesia.
Salary is negotiable based on experience, skills and demonstrated ability. Accommodation may be available depending on the candidate.
