WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar recruitment role, preferably within the construction or hospitality industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and HOD.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in finding the right talent independently and as part of a team.
Good understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and candidate assessment.
Strong English skills.
