About the role
WYSE Property Management Lombok is seeking an experienced Engineering Technician who is competent, responsible, and has a passion for maintaining the quality and comfort of villas.
Key responsibilities
Perform maintenance and repairs on electrical systems, plumbing, AC, water pumps, and villa equipment
Conduct preventive maintenance on villa systems and equipment
Handle technical damage and repairs
Work independently and as part of a team
About you
Experience as an Engineering Technician, particularly in villas, hotels, or hospitality
Proficiency in maintenance and repair of electrical systems, plumbing, AC, water pumps, and villa equipment
Ability to perform preventive maintenance and handle technical issues
Meticulous, disciplined, and proactive
Good communication skills and solution-oriented
