About the role
WYSE Property Management Lombok is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to oversee housekeeping operations across all villas managed by the company. The ideal candidate has a strong background in hospitality, good leadership capabilities, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, neatness, villa appearance, and guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
Oversee daily housekeeping operations across all villas managed by the company
Lead, train, and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure consistency in service standards
Develop and implement cleaning procedures, checklists, and quality control systems
Conduct regular villa inspections to ensure cleanliness, neatness, and readiness before guest arrivals
Manage housekeeping work schedules, linen inventory, cleaning supplies, and work equipment
Coordinate with villa supervisors, property management team, and maintenance team
Monitor staff performance and ensure operational efficiency
Maintain high housekeeping standards in accordance with luxury hospitality industry expectations
About you
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in housekeeping at star-rated hotels, luxury villas, or resorts
Must have previous experience in a housekeeping supervisor or manager position
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
High attention to detail and excellent cleanliness standards
Good organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Able to manage multiple properties simultaneously and coordinate housekeeping teams effectively
Able to communicate well in English and Indonesian
Willing to work and reside in South Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara
