Le Pirate Gili Lontar is looking for a hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead our restaurant and bar operations, develop the team, and create memorable dining experiences in a relaxed beachfront setting.
Your key responsibilities:
• Manage daily restaurant and bar operations, ensuring consistent service quality.
• Lead, train, and motivate the team.
• Build strong guest relationships and handle feedback professionally.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth and timely service.
• Manage staff schedules, stock, cost control, and sales performance.
• Maintain hygiene, food safety, and operational standards.
What we’re looking for:
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar FnB leadership role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and guest service skills.
• Good understanding of restaurant operations, inventory, and cost control.
• Confident communicating in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• A proactive, adaptable approach and willingness to work in a remote island environment.
• Resort or island hospitality experience is an advantage.
