Qunci Villas is looking for a passionate and experienced Spa & Wellness Manager to join our team in Senggigi, Lombok.
We are looking for someone who can lead a dedicated spa team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and bring strong knowledge of spa treatments and wellness concepts.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a spa leadership or supervisory role
- Background in 5-star hotels, luxury resorts, or premium wellness environments is strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of spa treatments, wellness concepts, reception operations, and guest service
- Experience with spa booking systems and basic administrative tasks
- Strong communication skills and professional grooming
- Ability to lead, motivate, and train a diverse spa team
- Passion for wellness, healing traditions, and holistic guest experiences
