SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

SUMMIT Institute for Development is looking for an experienced and hands-on Senior Human Resources Manager to support the CHRO in building and managing the HR function in Lombok.

This role will act as the CHRO's key partner on the ground, overseeing day-to-day HR operations while driving recruitment, organizational development, employee relations, payroll, training, and HR administration. The ideal candidate is a strong HR generalist who can think strategically, but is equally comfortable getting hands-on with day-to-day HR matters.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage HR functions in Lombok.

Manage HR operations, recruitment, payroll, administration, and employee relations.

Drive organizational development and performance management.

Ensure HR policies, processes, and compliance are effectively implemented.

Provide hands-on HR support to managers and employees.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Management, Accounting, Law, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including 3 years in a managerial role.

Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR practices.

Strong knowledge and experience in HR operations, recruitment, organizational development, payroll, and employee relations.

Hands-on, organized, and proactive.

Excellent English communication skills.

Experience in NGO, research, healthcare, or education is preferred.

Willing to be based in Lombok.
