Senior Human Resources Manager
SUMMIT Institute for Development is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to lead our HR strategy and operations, support organizational growth, and ensure excellence in people management.
Qualifications
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Law, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a senior HR management role.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR compliance.
Experience in NGOs, research institutions, healthcare organizations, universities, or donor-funded projects is highly preferred.
Proven experience in HR business partnering, employee relations, talent acquisition, and organizational development.
Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with leaders and managers on workforce planning, employee relations, and organizational development.
Lead talent acquisition and onboarding for technical, research, operational, and leadership positions.
Oversee performance management, employee engagement, and staff development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, organizational policies, and donor requirements.
Manage HR documentation, audits, and employment-related risks.
Monitor HR budgets, personnel costs, workforce utilization, and staffing plans to ensure alignment with organizational and project budgets.
Support manpower planning, salary budgeting, and HR cost analysis to facilitate informed workforce decisions.
Represent SUMMIT in HR-related engagements with donors, government agencies, universities, healthcare institutions, and strategic partners.
