Responsibilities
Monitor CCTV, security systems, alarms, and site activities
Receive, verify, and communicate security incidents and emergencies
Dispatch and coordinate security personnel for incident response
Maintain accurate control room logs, reports, and incident records
Monitor access control, personnel, and vehicle movements
Maintain communication with Security, HSE, Management, and relevant stakeholders
Conduct proper shift handover and communicate outstanding issues
Report system/equipment failures and ensure control room readiness
Follow all security SOPs, emergency procedures, and escalation protocols
Requirements
Diploma (D3) or higher in a relevant discipline (Security Management, IT, Engineering, Business Administration, Criminology, Law) is preferred
Minimum 3 years' experience in Security Control Room, CCTV Operator, Access Control Operator, or similar roles in industrial/high-risk facilities
Experience in high-value asset environments (precious metals, cash handling, secure warehouses, ports, data centers) is a strong advantage
Proficient in CCTV/VMS operations: live monitoring, playback review, export, bookmarking, PTZ control
Proficient in Access Control operations: credential validation, door status monitoring, temporary badge management, revocation procedures
Alarm handling and dispatch coordination (intrusion/panic/door alarms; basic routing for fire/gas notifications if integrated)
Strong working knowledge of shift log documentation and evidence integrity practices
Able to communicate effectively in English (oral and written)
Effective radio/telecom communication (clear, concise, protocol-compliant)
Demonstrated high integrity, confidentiality discipline, and strict adherence to anti-theft/anti-fraud policies
Willing to undergo background screening and comply with restricted-area protocols
No conflicts of interest that could compromise security responsibilities
Fit for shift work (24/7 rotation), including nights and holidays
Roster : 4 weeks on, 2 weeks off
Capable of sustained multi-screen monitoring and incident documentation
Willing to comply with restricted-item policies (e.g., mobile phone restrictions in certain zones, if applicable)
