We are looking for a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Guest Relation Officer to join our hospitality team.
Requirements:
Minimum D3/S1 in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of English.
Strong customer service and complaint-handling skills.
Well-groomed, proactive, and attentive to detail.
Able to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Candidates currently in Lombok or Gili Air are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver personalized and exceptional guest experiences.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints.
Coordinate with hotel departments to fulfill guest needs.
Assist with guest arrivals, departures, and special arrangements.
Maintain high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction.
