Are you an experienced Field Sales Leader, Sales Supervisor, or Team Leader who enjoys working directly in the field and leading a high-performing sales team?
We are looking for strong leaders to lead our Field Sales Team and drive business expansion through merchant acquisition and market development.
💼 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead, manage, and develop a team of Sales Executives to achieve acquisition and sales targets.
Develop effective canvassing, field sales, and market expansion strategies.
Conduct regular coaching, briefing, mentoring, and performance evaluations to improve team productivity.
Actively go to the field together with the team to support sales activities and ensure strategies are implemented effectively.
Monitor daily sales activities, team productivity, sales funnel, and target achievement.
Conduct area mapping and route planning to maximize sales coverage and field productivity.
Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners and merchants.
Assist the team in resolving operational challenges encountered in the field.
Prepare daily and weekly performance reports using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Analyze team performance and identify opportunities to improve sales results.
Ensure the team follows company procedures and maintains professional standards in the field.
🎯 QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent. D3/S1 will be an advantage.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, Senior Sales, or similar leadership role in Field Sales.
Experience leading and managing a Field Sales team is highly preferred.
Experience in Fintech, FMCG, Telecommunications, Banking, Payment Solutions, Merchant Acquisition, EDC, QRIS, Lending, or other field sales industries will be an advantage.
Strong understanding of canvassing, door-to-door sales, merchant acquisition, and market expansion.
Experienced in conducting coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations for Sales teams.
Willing to work actively in the field and travel within the assigned area.
