Housekeeping Room Attendant Reports to Assistant Housekeeping Manager / Housekeeping Manager 6/7 Working Day

Position Overview We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant (Senior) to maintain the cleanliness, presentation, and readiness of guest villas and public areas. The successful candidate will consistently deliver 5-star housekeeping standards and ensure every guest enjoys a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities Room & Villa Preparation Clean and prepare guest rooms, villas, bathrooms, balconies, terraces, and outdoor living areas according to established standards. Ensure all guest rooms and villas are fully prepared before guest arrival. Replenish guest amenities, linens, towels, and housekeeping supplies. Inspect assigned guest rooms and villas to ensure consistent 5-star presentation. Report maintenance issues and damaged items promptly.

Housekeeping Operations Follow housekeeping SOPs, hygiene standards, and safety procedures. Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and responsibly. Support deep cleaning and special housekeeping projects. Maintain housekeeping pantries, linen storage, and equipment in good condition. Assist in guiding and sharing best practices with junior Room Attendants when required.

Teamwork & Compliance Maintain 5-star housekeeping standards at all times. Respond to guest requests professionally and efficiently. Work closely with the Experience Team and other departments to support a seamless guest experience. Take pride in maintaining presentation-ready villas that reflect Samara Lombok's hospitality standards.

Qualifications Minimum 2 years of housekeeping experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel, luxury resort, or villa. Demonstrated ability to maintain 5-star housekeeping standards with minimal supervision. Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, linen care, cleaning chemicals, and housekeeping equipment. High attention to detail with excellent time management skills. Good communication skills; basic English is required.

Location Willing to be re-located to Lombok
