Housekeeping Room Attendant / Public Area Attendant Reports to Assistant Housekeeping Manager / Housekeeping Manager 6/7 Working Day
Position Overview We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant / Public Area Attendant to maintain the cleanliness, presentation, and readiness of guest rooms, villas, and assigned public areas. The successful candidate will help deliver 5-star housekeeping standards and ensure every guest enjoys a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities Room & Villa Cleaning Clean and prepare guest rooms, villas, bathrooms, balconies, and outdoor living areas according to established standards. Replenish guest amenities, linens, towels, and housekeeping supplies. Report maintenance issues and damaged items promptly.
Public Area Maintenance Clean and maintain assigned public areas, including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and other guest facilities. Ensure public areas remain clean, tidy, and presentable throughout the day. Restock supplies in assigned public areas when required.
Housekeeping Operations Follow housekeeping SOPs, hygiene standards, and safety procedures. Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and responsibly. Support deep cleaning and special housekeeping projects. Respond to guest requests professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications Minimum 1 year of housekeeping experience in a hotel, resort, villa, or hospitality environment. Basic knowledge of housekeeping procedures and cleaning equipment. Good attention to detail and time management. Willing to learn and follow housekeeping standards and SOPs. Basic English is an advantage.
Location Willing to be re-located to Lombok
