HEAD OF INFRASTRUCTURE
Lombok, Indonesia
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Head of Infrastructure to lead site-wide infrastructure delivery for a large-scale resort and residential development, from planning and construction through commissioning and handover.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead infrastructure delivery from planning through construction, testing, commissioning, close-out, and handover.
Manage programmes, budgets, contractors, consultants, quality, HSE, and risk.
Oversee civil works and site utilities, including electricity, water, CCTV, and communications.
Review designs, surveys, and technical documents, and identify risks and constructability issues.
Lead commissioning, close-out, as-built records, warranties, and operational handover.
Build and manage the infrastructure team and reporting process.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Civil Construction Management, or a related field.
10+ years of infrastructure delivery experience, including 3+ years in senior leadership.
Strong experience in earthworks, roads, drainage, retaining and slope works, and utilities.
Strong knowledge of construction, geotechnical and structural risk, quality, and contractor management.
Experience managing electrical, water, CCTV, and communications systems.
Proficient in MS Project or Primavera P6, with the ability to review AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
Professional English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Large-scale development, resort, or remote project experience is a plus.
