A boutique villa developer in Lombok is hiring a hands-on Content Creation & Strategy Manager to lead content strategy and in-house content creation for investment villas sold worldwide.
We sell off-plan investment villas worldwide under a Build, Manage, Payout model sales funnel, not decoration. Content is at the top of our sales funnel and plays a key role in generating real leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and execute content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Shoot and edit in-house content, including construction, finished products, island life, and investor stories.
Turn a complex financial product into content that people understand and want.
Work directly with sales and paid media so content generates real leads.
Measure reach, cost per lead, and lead quality, and iterate based on data.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience creating content for a brand or clients, with a proven track record.
Native or professional-level English.
Strong vertical video editing skills and platform-specific know-how.
High aesthetic standards, fast execution, and minimal hand-holding.
Real estate, hospitality, or investment experience is a plus.

On-site role in Kuta Mandalika, Lombok.
3-month probation with a C18 visa, followed by a full contract with company-sponsored work KITAS. The visa process is fully handled by the company.
