Are you passionate about curating unforgettable moments in one of Indonesia's most breathtaking destinations?
We are currently looking for a dynamic and creative Guest Experience Manager to join our team at Selong Selo Resort | Villas, located in the stunning hills of Selong Belanak, Lombok.
In this role, you will be responsible for bringing our guests' stays to life—organizing and delivering personalized activities, cultural immersions, wellness programs, and outdoor adventures that showcase the true beauty of Lombok.
Key Requirements:
* Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
* Prior experience in Guest Experience, Guest Relations, Recreation, or Luxury Hospitality.
* Exceptional English communication skills (additional languages are a strong plus).
* Warm, confident, energetic, and deeply passionate about luxury hospitality.
* Deep familiarity with Lombok, strong teamwork capabilities, and a proactive, flexible approach.
