We are currently looking for:

👨‍🍳 1 Demi Chef – Bakery

We are looking for a passionate bakery chef with solid knowledge and hands-on experience in:

* Puff pastry & Danish pastry

* Croissant production

* Bread & artisan bread

* Bakery and pastry production

* Basic bakery preparation and production control

🔥 1 Demi Chef – Grill Restaurant

We are seeking a chef who has strong practical skills and passion for:

* Grilling steaks to the correct doneness

* Seafood grilling

* Grill preparation and mise en place

* Understanding of different cuts and cooking techniques

* Maintaining consistent quality and presentation

Both positions require candidates who are:

* Positive and professional in attitude

* Open-minded and willing to learn

* Adaptable and comfortable with island life

* Team-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced opening environment
