WE ARE HIRING
Mandalika Intercultural School (MIS) is looking for a passionate and experienced Early Years Teacher to join our team in Kuta, Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate, play-based learning aligned with the School Curriculum.
2. Create an engaging, safe, and well-organized classroom environment.
3. Assess, document, and monitor children’s learning and development.
4. Prepare student progress reports and participate in Parent-Teacher Meetings.
5. Maintain positive and professional communication with parents and families.
6. Lead and collaborate with Teaching Assistants and Learning Support Assistants.
7. Plan class excursions and after-school club activities.
8. Support school events, community programs, and student activities.
9. Supervise students and ensure their safety and wellbeing throughout the school day.
10. Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school activities.
11. Follow school policies, procedures, and safeguarding requirements.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in Early Years.
3. Strong understanding of Early Years Curriculum.
4. Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
5. Open to Indonesian citizens only.
