DIRECTOR OF SALES
General requirements:
Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Hospitality, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, including experience as a DOSM (Director of Sales & Marketing), Director of Sales, or Associate DOSM in a 4-star hotel.
Must have experience and a strong market network in Jakarta and Bali.
Possesses a strong network of corporate accounts, travel agents, MICE, and tourism industry partners.
Strong leadership, negotiation, presentation, networking, and business development skills.
Target-driven with a strong focus on revenue and results.
Proficient in both Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.
Willing to be based in Lombok and travel for business trips as required by the company.
