FRONT DESK AGENT/NIGHT AUDIT
General requirements:
Minimum Diploma degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Front Office operations, preferably in a hotel.
Familiar with guest check-in/check-out procedures and reservation handling.
Knowledge of Night Audit processes and daily revenue reconciliation is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel VHP systems.
Good communication and guest service skills.
Able to work shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Well-groomed, professional, and service-oriented.
Good command of English, both spoken and written.
Honest, responsible, and able to work accurately under pressure.
