General Requirements:
* Minimum SMA/SMK. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or Tourism is an advantage.
* 1–2 years of experience in a similar position.
* Fluent in both written and spoken English.
* Friendly, customer-oriented, and positive attitude.
* Well-groomed, honest, and disciplined.
* Able to work well in a team and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* VHP system knowledge is required for FO Supervisor, Guest Service Agent, Guest Relation Officer, and Guest Service Center.
