Duty Manager
General Requirements:
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or Tourism (an advantage).
1–2 years of experience in a similar position.
Fluency in both written and spoken English.
Friendly, customer-oriented, and positive attitude.
Well-groomed, honest, and disciplined.
Able to work well in a team and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of VHP system is required.
