CHIEF ACCOUNTING
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Accounting, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Able to prepare and analyze financial statements.
Experienced in handling Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Cash Flow.
Able to manage monthly closing and financial reporting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel, and accounting software.
Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Detail-oriented, accurate, honest, organized, and responsible.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Experience in Procurement or Purchasing is preferred.
Able to source and evaluate suppliers.
Understand purchasing procedures and procurement processes.
Able to compare prices, quality, and supplier quotations.
Good coordination skills with suppliers and internal departments.
Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
Responsibilities
Manage and oversee accounting activities, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Cash Flow, monthly closing, and financial reporting.
Prepare and analyze financial statements and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Ensure accounting and financial processes are carried out in accordance with applicable procedures and principles.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments regarding financial and procurement-related matters.
Support procurement and purchasing activities, including sourcing and evaluating suppliers and comparing prices, quality, and quotations.
Maintain accurate, organized, and timely accounting records and documentation.
Ensure deadlines are met while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
