ACCOUNT RECEIVABLE (AR)
Requirements
Minimum Diploma Degree from a reputable institution
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position, preferably in a 4-5 star hotel
Experience in Account Receivable or Accounting is preferred
Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
Good communication and coordination skills
Able to converse in English
Understand invoice, billing, and payment processes
Able to prepare AR aging reports and monitor outstanding payments
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Functional skills related to the position
Management, administration, and technical skills related to the position
Detail-oriented, accurate, and responsible
Honest, disciplined, and able to maintain confidentiality
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Responsibilities
Manage Account Receivable activities, including invoice, billing, and payment processes
Prepare AR aging reports and monitor outstanding payments
Perform administrative and technical tasks related to the position
Coordinate effectively with relevant departments regarding Account Receivable activities
