SPA RECEPTIONIST
Job Overview
Join our team as a Spa Receptionist and create exceptional first impressions. You will welcome guests with professionalism, manage appointments efficiently, support daily spa operations, and ensure every guest receives outstanding service from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome and assist guests with a warm and professional attitude.
* Manage spa appointments, reservations, and cancellations.
* Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly.
* Process payments and maintain accurate guest records.
* Recommend spa treatments and promote retail products.
* Coordinate with therapists to ensure smooth daily operations.
* Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
* Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Customer service-oriented with a friendly and professional attitude.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and reservation/POS systems.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Positive, well-groomed, and reliable.
* Good command of English, both spoken and written.
Qualifications
* Minimum 1 year of experience as a Receptionist, Spa Receptionist, or in a customer service role. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office and reservation/POS systems.
* Well-groomed, professional, and customer-focused.
* Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
