Position: Guest Relation Officer (GRO)
Job Overview
This position is responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, addressing guest needs and inquiries, and anticipating their desires to deliver personalized service. The Guest Relation Officer acts as the primary point of contact for guests, particularly VIPs and long-stay guests, facilitating their comfort and satisfaction from arrival to departure while serving as a bridge between guests and various resort departments.

Qualifications
* Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar Guest Relations or Front Office role within a 4-star hotel/resort.
* Proficient in PMS such as VHP, with strong computer skills in MS Office and Google Workspace.
* Fluency in written and spoken English.
* Immaculate grooming and presentation.
* Positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality and guest service.
* High level of integrity and discretion.
