Lombok Astoria Hotel, a 4-star city resort located in the heart of Mataram, Lombok, is currently looking for a highly talented and motivated individual to join our team for the following position:
Senior Banquet Staff
Job Responsibilities:
* Provide professional banquet service.
* Support banquet operations.
* Supervise banquet staff during events.
* Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction and service delivery.
General Requirements:
* Experience in event setup and preparation.
* Experience in banquet service operations.
* Leadership skills to supervise banquet teams.
* Ability to coordinate banquet events effectively.
* Strong quality control and service standards.
* Inventory and banquet equipment control.
* Minimum Diploma or equivalent in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
* Minimum 2–3 years of banquet service experience in a hotel, resort, convention center, or restaurant.
* Previous experience in a senior or supervisory role is preferred.
* Good knowledge of banquet operations and service standards.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
* Basic English communication skills are preferred.
